Oh, I have seen it. I went to a 90% black school and when we would have tournaments for the high schools and have all the white-Preppy schools show up it would get bad. The amount of fights that would happen because they would come and mouth off was just ridiculous. They never learned. Nearly all of my friends were black and was clear to speak however I wanted, but I never liked making it a habit because you never know who will/will not be OK with it.

This right here speaks a lot of how I feel about this. I want to further explain though. Seeing this leaving post compared to Dez's reasons at all are extremely bothersome. I have actually heard you, on multiple occasions, call people 'FA**OTS' and other derogatory terms. That doesn't mean people should break rules and bully you by any means, but I've seen you do some things that can be in the same classification and it bothers me. Dez was one of the most respectful people I've met on this community and it's super unfortunate that people don't know how to act. As for everyone saying "it's just a game look away". I've always followed the 'cyber bullying is as easy as looking away' But a few people in this community don't know how to keep trash talk civil. They like to attack your families, personal problems, And even disorders. Thinking it's OK to attack people like that is what's wrong, not the people taking it personal. I only hope people grow up sooner than later for the sake of the people in their IRL.

It's incredibly disturbing that the things that were done and said to you were labeled as 'funny', 'entertaining', and 'OK'. You were one of the first staff members I ever knew and Ive always admired your work despite the animosity that was directed at you. None that you deserved, might I add. Ido hope taking this route can help you heal and i hope you do know that I and everyone else who ha spoken up for you will always be here for you no matter what and I do hope that you one day return a happier person. Hopefully by then some of these children that haven't been taught what respect is will learn it, forcefully. You are absolutely amazing Dez. Dont let anyone ever make you believe differently. o7

Max was a cop for a bit and didn't get corp. When shadowbeast was here he never got corp. Yes, being senior helps, but hot pocket had the corproal requirements fulfilled right before he even got Sr. RnR. I believe Dane had around the same when he did too. (Both around 13k at time of promo)
Like Rex said, the only one of recent memory that really could have been argued was me because I received my chance for corporal EXTREMELY early thanks to Moob. Around 4k minutes, but luckily, I like to think I'm a pretty good cop and have put in nearly 20k minutes on cop SINCE getting corporal.
We don't just 'get it'. Sr. APD still have to be comfortable enough to give us a test. If we are shit cops it doesn't matter what rank we are in any other faction. There have been seniors who were cop in the passed who never got a chance at corp. Only guarantee we have is not having to put in weekly requirements. Corporal is still earned. Being a Sr. Just gives us an advantage because we obviously show leadership qualities which is what they want from their corps.

Yeah, man, I had to leave after the first 2 hours, but that shit was so much fun today. I usually dont like fighting more than 1 gang vs 1 gang but that 1v1v1v1 was so much fun and nonstop action. Had me going.

I can confirm that when I achieved corporal(note this is pre-OS) it was without playing with srs. Hell, if 3 seniors were on, I'd join the channel they aren't in and play with some deputies instead. I never liked the idea of stacking on a Sr. Mostly because I knew I'd be a part of a 15 man channel within 5 minutes and I'm not trying to deal with that unless we are raiding cartels or something big. Hell, I play more with Srs now that I physically am un able to move passed my current rank (due to my position in the RnR). If you think playing with seniors just to get promoted is the right thing, you're probably the guy, like hot pocket put it, who is fake as fuck. If you go try hard just for the senior, you'll probably be the first guy exposed when he is alone. Just always be a kick ass cop. Shits fun. Don't do it just to get promoted. Ffs
