It will be fixed by next patch with the addition of new items to rebel shops, and a side note would be that they're Tier 3 vests with explosive resistance not Tier 4.

Just your game, lagswitching doesn't in any way shape or form affect your client like this. I'd suggest verifying the integrity of your Arma 3 files via steam. -
I agree with the idea of additional textures for a uniform that is widely used, however I won't be supporting a warpoint price increase for a cosmetic appearance. I'll bring it up in regards to implementation.
