You don't even need to say this..... After you say hands up or die, if they put their hands down and you see them with them down anytime in the next 5 minutes, you are allowed to gun them down like a field full of penguins -

We are searching for applicants that are experienced, hard-working, and willing to help. Once on the Support Team, members are expected to help other members of the community on the forums, in the TeamSpeak, and in-game. Oh boy Jester...... Back when I was lead I worked with you a lot on turning yourself to someone of more stance and power. You had a real problem back them of not speaking up for what you believed in, or simply just being pushed over for a role/idea etc. I would like to think that I was a key component of you working "outside the guidelines," but at the end of the day, you were a great lead in my eyes. Even though you may not have gotten the most done for the support team, you were very active and would always have the teams back in any situation. It's really sad to see a great Corporal and Lead go, but I'm sure if you apply what you've learned on this server about leadership and responsibility, you'll have a great life. I love ya Jesty, heres to the best in all of your future endeavors, and to hoping that this perm will be lifted. Stay safe Skyblock warrior.

I've never been 3-1 by people saying hands up or die, that just doesn't make sense Your first instinct when someone says hand up or die is to shoot the person saying it, not look around and make sure there aren't 2 other people with them... That's why being required to say 3-1 would make the cop look around and make sure there is indeed 3 people with guns trying to rob them.

Change to the 3 to 1 rules so the hostage-takers must announce that a "3 to 1" is taking place for cop to be required to surrender - DENIED because any cop with common sense should know when they're 3 to 1'd Please explain why this was denied
