    Since we're gonna remove 2 of the cartels in the rotation script (dp9 & 3rips), we're gonna need 2 new ones for the script to even have a purpose. Don't really see a reason why the designers should be making this decision alone, so we've decided that the community will be able to have a say in where the 2 new cartel locations will be. This is gonna be a meeting hosted by the civ reps + me, @Fusah & @OutCast, Saturday feb. 10th at 5pm EST in the civ rep teamspeak channel. Anyone that wants to attend is welcome to. If you can't stick to the topic and/or you're just there being aids playing soundboards, you will be removed from the meeting and have no say in the new locations.
