You had to be a high lvl donor to get a pilot helmet. This is before monetization. There was a time where you couldnt buy a GA either unless you donated.

Hello All! Below you will find the bracket and the rosters for all the gangs participating in Gang Wars XIV - Hefty Pete Edition. The rosters are still ambiguous, as I am still working through the players to ensure correct amounts of playtime and bans. Thanks to @destruct for all of your help with verifying and organizing the sheets with me.
