Added:
• APD can now check players for their licenses without restraining
• Player is notified when their licenses are checked and by who
• Updated some RnR uniform and vehicle skins
• Lollypop's to RnR shop. Act like redgulls but will heal players by 5 hp (medicinal ingredients)
• RnR Huron for Coordinator rank
• Preventions to stop shooting while downed
• News team UAV
• Capture the Flag event
• Russian Roulette event
• Police tear gas (MX GL and Spar16 GL)
Removed:
• RnR HEMTT and Box Truck (ambulance) removed from shop.
• Sell what you have in your garage as they are no longer skinned.
Changed:
• Civ's can now pull out restrained cops from vehicles
• Can unflip unclaimed Blackwater vehicles without needing to lockpick
• Blindfold's on the island are made of cheaper materials and allow some vision.
• Lock to first person
• Player names replaced with player id
• Sirens will turn off the instant you toggle them off
• RnR vehicle lights.
• News team moved to independent
Fixed:
• Pull out action will pull out helicopter/plane pilots
• Player will no longer be able to drive/fly vehicles while downed
• Players won't lose ammo when downed
• Players will not be able to open their maps while restrained
• The remaining doors that don't open are fixed
Edit: A hotfix will be required for a couple RnR Helis, Kavala square vehicle spawn and terrain fixes.
