If robbed or taken hostage must be set free within a city or near a garage

Very unspecific, near a garage is 500m-1k-2k?

Vigis doing Illegal activities can be dropped down a tier

Can a vigilante now be down-tiered for being in a red-zone pursuing bounties/camping for them?

 

Seems to be adding a lot more grey zones that are very un-specific.

Server 3 lock has to do with making sure thin populations aren’t spread across all servers. Cost isn’t the reason it locks

well cant do runs on it ... its not really fair ... if I wake up 5 am I wanna do a run to fight during the day can we try and get it to stay up ?

Yes but do you see where it would ruin the economy to allow people to do runs on a dead server AKA farm without risk?

Populations under 40 for altis life are terrible for the server.

Take a ~40 pop per server at 3 AM across two servers.

Then put a 3rd server in the mix and take at least 10 people from each server.

That leaves us with 30/30/20 split of people. Most likely 5 at max of those are cops across ALL 3 servers

 

It's  the same issue that Tanoa had. Low/No cops means lots of freedom to do HUGE runs with no risk. Pretty common sense stuff

There will be a rule update from the admins, hopefully going into specifics for you. This is just a short brief explanation on what was discussed and decided to implement. 

As for the vigilantes, no you will not be punished for pursuing bounties/camping. This specific circumstance was bought up during the meeting and nobody wanted that to happen.
