Cop Armed Plane teargas deployment
- Sergeant+ in an Armed Plane
- 3 Teargas canisters deployed per load
- 1 load per 5 minutes
- 2 loads per plane (non-refillable, must be re-pulled)
- Added DP22 APD Checkpoint
- When arresting someone it will tell how much in side chat. i.e. Bob was arrested by Jim for $123,000
- Additional logging for house raids
- Alert for when you kill an enemy gang member and gain warpoints
- Gang rank 3 can now promote/demote up to rank 3
- Add 6.5mm suppressor and 6.5mm stealth suppressor to Deputy Chief+ shop (active chiefs only)

- Cops will now have dope timers for 7 minutes to receive dopamine when killed by a civilian and epi-penned.
